IS MY TIMEPIECE ELIGIBLE TO THE BAUMATIC WARRANTY EXTENSION PROGRAM?

To be eligible for the Warranty Extension Program, you must fill the below criteria:

• Your timepiece is a) A Riviera or a Clifton timepiece b) which is equipped with a Baumatic movement (BM12-1975A, BM13-1975A, BM14-1975AC1,  BM14-1975AC2, BM13-1975AC2). Shall you have a doubt, please consult the list of references here.

• Your timepiece has been purchased on Baume & Mercier official e-commerce website or at an official Baume & Mercier authorizer dealer. You can consult the list of all Baume & Mercier authorized dealers here.

• Your timepiece has been purchased from January 1st 2023 (00:00, Greenwich Mean Time). Timepieces bought before January 1st will not benefit from the Baumatic Warranty Extension.

• The activation of the Warranty Extension Program must be done within 60 days after the purchase of the timepiece (or date of delivery if bought on E-Commerce).
